With symbiosis as the theme for this project, it was important for me to design the puzzles with this in mind. The players need to rely on each other to progress while having unique properties and abilities that differentiate them, e.g. one player can move some objects wile the other passes through them.
I wanted to encourage curiosity by using colours and visual effects to draw the players attention to places of interest. The instant respawn also allows players to learn through trial and error, thus further incentivising exploration.
